By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Services Provided
We offer various printing services, including but not limited to printing, post-print finishing solutions, large format prints, banners, signs, business cards, booklets, bookmarks, and other custom materials. Order Placement
Orders can be placed via our website, over the phone, via email. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Files must be print-ready (PDF, JPEG, JPG, or PNG). Star Print WA is not liable for any copyright infringement or breaches. Crop and bleed marks must be included for all borderless products, failure to do so may result in an additional editing fee.
Pricing and Payment
Prices for our services are as listed on our website or as quoted at the time of the order. Full payment is required before production begins, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, PayPal, Apple Pay, credit card payments, Google Pay, and bank transfers.
Production and Proofs
A proof of the artwork may be provided upon request, which may extend production time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve the proof within two days of receipt. Star Print WA is not responsible for errors that are not corrected in the approved proof.
Production Times
Production times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and volume. We will provide you with an estimate order time before the order begins production.
Cancellations and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled before production starts for a full refund. If a cancellation request is made after production has commenced, a cancellation fee of 50% of the initial order cost will apply. No refunds will be issued for completed orders.
Quality and Returns
At Star Print WA, we prioritise quality and aim to exceed customer expectations. If there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within three business days of receipt, and we will attempt to replace the items. If the second batch of items proves faulty, a return may be issued.
Collection and Disposal of Orders
Customers are expected to collect completed orders within 30 days of notification. Three notifications will be sent when the order is complete. After 30 days and three notifications, the order will be destroyed. No refunds or replacements will be provided for destroyed materials. If a customer notifies Star Print WA that they are unable to collect their printed items, we can put them on hold for an additional 30 days (60 days in total).
Intellectual Property
The customer warrants that they have the rights to any artwork or materials submitted for printing. Star Print WA is not responsible for any copyright infringement or breaches.
User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for any materials submitted for printing and must ensure they do not violate any third-party rights or intellectual property laws.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the change date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
